Q: What makes Fantastic Services „Fantastic“?

Fantastic Services is fantastic because of the people who work in the company both in the office and the field professionals. I have been in the company for 5 and a half years and one of the things, the main things that has kept me here are the relationships I have developed with the long term fantastic colleagues. I believe that is the true definition of Fantastic – the Fantastic Spirit.

Q: How would you define success and how would you describe your success in the company?

I heard about the company when it opened an office in VT back in 2015. Later on, in 2016 I visited the Job Tiger work expo in the VT university and met some people working in the Varna and VT office, I got hooked on their attitude and how outgoing they were. I started in 2016 in the Customer Service team and quickly got promoted to Customer Care. Since then my idea has been to always learn more, take on more and more challenges and climb up „the ladder“ to reach management where I am now and beyond with hard work and determination, 😀 but all in due time I guess. For me, success is knowing one’s self, i.e. realising the potential and your true purpose/goal and having positive impact on other people’s and your lives. Every completed, achieved and accomplished goal a person sets out for themselves, goals that matter to the individual /yourself/ is success.

Q: Kindly share a hidden talent of yours that maybe not very many (if any) people know about and how has this influenced you?

I’m a musician – I love music and play several instruments /mainly guitar acoustic, electrical/ Also, I love good food and chill vibes. I love cooking, having people over and treating them to a nice meal. One day when I buy my own place, the biggest room will be the kitchen.
