Q: What makes Fantastic Services „Fantastic“?

When I started working in Fantastic Services, I thought that the Customer Service Team makes it Fantastic. Throughout the years, when I got to know the other teams, the importance of their work and achievements, realized that each one of them is fantastic too. So I guess the fantastic-ness, comes from our joint efforts, and the symbiosis between all of us.

Q: How would you define success and how would you describe your success in the company?

Success, at least for me, is having a positive impact on someone. We all do that with the people we communicate with – some with leadership, some with approach, and some – just by helping a client in a difficult situation. As for my success in the company, I’d like to think that it is earned – through dedication and hard work, deserved by my small personal milestones, and appreciated by my teammates and colleagues.

Q: Kindly share a hidden talent of yours that maybe not very many (if any) people know about and how has this influenced you?

My talent is to be a Скрудж when it comes to giving compensations for complaints and it’s not hidden at all. Jk 🙂
I used to sing in a choir for 12 years, so I am a pretty good singer. All of my family are musicians so around the holidays we team up and recreate some of the all-time favorite Xmas classics – piano, trumpet, flute, cello… You name it, we have it. Come over, it’s fun!
