We would like to introduce you another Fantastic Hero. He is a great example of the journey a person can have in our Fantastic Family.

His story starts in 2014 when a young man started his career as a sales agent. Later he moved to the Service Development Department, becoming manager. Now he is in charge of the entire Australian market.

The closest team members love him so much and appreciate his ability to see the potential in people. He helps and motivates them to give their best and go the extra mile.

Q: Tell us a short story with colleagues which you will never forget.

2020 was the toughest year for the Australian Market – To start with the crazy bushfires all over the country, afterwards heavy rains and floods, then the Pandemic brought the first lockdowns with the most harsh business restrictions possible allowing us to provide only essential services and then keep going with four more lockdowns, the longest being four month in Melbourne.
Having this in mind I am proud to say that me and my team managed to achieve one of the best yearly financial results for the company. Not only that, we kept breaking records and turned the difficulties into opportunities.

Q: How would you define success and how would you describe your success in the company?

Success is not having to describe what’s been accomplished… others do it for you 🙂

Q: Kindly share a hidden talent of yours that maybe not very many (if any) people know about and how has this influenced you?

I have one main passion and that’s travelling and exploring – simple as that.
