We are looking for our next Customer Service Operations Manager who will inspire and motivate our team.
Our goal is to be the best home, garden and office cleaning and maintenance service provider on the market. To achieve this we need a strong and innovative Customer Service team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee the day to day operation and assist in resolving any issues;
- Ensure operational targets are met on a daily, monthly, yearly basis;
- Manage the performance of the junior CS managers team;
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of both CS managers and CS agents;
- Recommend changes in guidelines, procedures, policies;
- Assist senior management in keeping ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
What you need to join our team:
- 2+ Years of experience at a manager position of similar level in Customer Service;
- Proficiency in English;
- A willingness to exhibit and nurture in others a sense of ownership and proactivity;
- Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues;
- To have a positive attitude and openess to change.
