In order to increase that number, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist, who will work on specific projects and will support the development of our Fantastic team members by delivering soft skills training events.

Main responsibilities:

  • Delivery of specific training events for all new joiners in the Call Centre, following a strict and precise training plan;
  • Mentoring and supporting all new joiners during their initial training period, providing full-time customized approach to every agent;
  • Creating interactive e-learning training materials;
  • Carrying out engaging and effective learning journey for all Call Centre agents;
  • Involved in vital training projects related to upgrading agents’ skills.


  • Great communication skills – being able to work with different personality types;
  • Hands-on experience with carrying out training events aiming to build specific skills or knowledge at people;
  • Result driven, open minded person with strong can-do attitude;
  • Time-management skills;
  • Excellent English.
  • Any corporate experience related to supervision/direct mentoring of people or performance management will be considered a plus.
