Call Center Manager
We are looking for our next Call Center Manager who will inspire and motivate our team.
Our goal is to be the best home, garden and office cleaning and maintenance service provider on the market. To achieve this we need a strong and innovative Customer Service and Sales team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee day-to-day Customer Service and Sales Department operations and ensure targets are met on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis;
- Applying company vision, mission and values within the team;
- Track team performance and initiate activities for improvements;
- Creating and keeping up to date all procedures, job descriptions, procedures, process maps and career development paths;
- Manage the performance of a team of team leaders;
- Oversee hiring, training and development of both team leaders and agents;
- Recommend changes in guidelines, procedures, and policies;
- Provide strategic direction to the team and resolve issues;
- Assist senior management in driving change and implementing strategies;
- Set and review budgets and manage costs;
- Find ways of increasing the quality of call center services we provide to customers.
What you need to join our team:
- 2+ Years of experience at a similar managerial position in a Call center environment;
- Proficiency in English;
- Passion for delivering the best possible experience to customers;
- Willingness to work night shifts occasionally;
- Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team;
- Ability to listen to others and to verbalize ideas;
- Creative thinking and can come up with new ideas to improve call center standards;
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
