Senior Web Analytics Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist to organise and manage our web analytics program. Your main role will be to implement strategies and tools to translate raw data into meaningful business insights. The main goal will be to help our business drive high performance and quality.

Main responsibilities:

  • Select, configure, and implement analytics solutions. Set up tracking, conduct split and multivariate tests.
  • Develop a plan and strategy for effective data gathering, tagging, automation, analysis, and reporting for all web/mobile channels.
  • Understand the behaviour and expectations of online visitors. Understand the business objectives and needs.
  • Produce and maintain relevant documentation in relation to tagging, KPIs, analysis, insights, reporting, etc. and distribute it across teams.
  • Make recommendations regarding process improvements and help develop performance policies and procedures.
  • Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure data quality.
  • Create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models. Determine the most important KPIs to track in collaboration with all interested parties.
  • Produce and automate reports for the Marketing teams. Extract and analyse data from multiple sources.


  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, content strategy, media and search advertising, online commerce, data mining or related fields. Excellent understanding of traffic drivers, media, and search advertising.
  • Excellent in-depth knowledge of web analytics, testing and usability tools and services including
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Power BI, Google Search Console, Google
  • Optimize, Cloud Platform, Big Query, WordPress CMS, CRM systems, etc.
  • Expert fluency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON-LD, and JavaScript.
  • Advanced data visualisation and presentation skills.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in online marketing.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Work closely with the company teams (Marketing, IT, Customer Care, Sales).
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Bonus skills (we give extra karma points for):

  • Previous experience working with SQL/R/Python/BigQuery datasets.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
