Our Customer Service Department is looking for a new star who will help customers on the Australian market, while keep on doing your favorite daytime things..
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing and building relationships with new and existing customers;
- Responding to all customer inquiries over the phone and via email;
- Ensuring responses meet or exceed established metrics for response time, quality and customer satisfaction;
- Contributing with new ideas on how to improve the processes.
- Representing the company internationally.

- Willingness to work 7-8-hours night shifts (night meal and taxi expenses provided)
