Fantastic Services offers you the opportunity to be our new office assistant in Veliko Tarnovo and take care of the functional work of an office with more than 50 people.

Main responsibilities:

  • Communication with suppliers, assembly companies and other partners;
  • Accepting deliveries and taking care of the office supplies;
  • Organising office space maintenance – repairs, water supplies, coffee orders;
  • Implementing your ideas for a better work environment;
  • Helping the people in the office feel at home;
  • Monitoring the state of our company apartment and providing the necessary supplies for it;
  • Organising  internal events.

Requirements:

  • Good organisational skills;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Driving license (B category) and a personal car (we will pay for the fuel).
