Fantastic Services is looking for a Franchise Recruitment Specialist who will be driven to expand our brand in order to become the best service company on the market.
The responsibilities include:
- Actively researching, evaluating and organizing online and offline channels for franchise recruitment and promotion;
- Identifying and acting on opportunities for presenting our brand to the relevant audience;
- Managing ads on multiple recruiting platforms and directories;
- Executing online reputation management campaigns;
- Driving social groups audience engagement.
You will help us if you have:
- Fluency in English. A second western European language is an advantage;
- A background in marketing, advertising, and communications, ideally with at least 1 years of experience in a B2B environment;
- Being an excellent written communicator and having strong organizational skills are essential to this role;
- Outstanding research skills and social media groups experience;
- Experience working with online ad platforms is preferred but not a requirement;
- A track record in recruitment or business development will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in international markets is a huge plus.
