Main responsibilities:

  • Delivering a world class service to our customers and partners around Australia;
  • Providing a high degree of professionalism, interacting with Customers via email or phone;
  • Responding to all customer inquiries related to the services we provide;
  • Ensuring responses meet and even exceed the established metrics for response time, quality, and customer satisfaction;

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Willingness to work night shifts;
