Your main responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing day to day operations in Customer Service Department and ensures operational targets are met on a daily, monthly, yearly basis;
- Managing the performance of a team of junior CS managers;
- Overseeing hiring, training, and development of both CS managers and CS agents;
- Recommending changes in guidelines, procedures, policies;
- Providing operational direction to the team and resolves operational issues;
- Assiststing senior management in driving change and implementing strategies.
What you need to join our team:
- 2+ Years of experience at a manager position of similar level in Customer Service;
- Proficiency in English;
- A willingness to exhibit and nurture in others a sense of ownership and proactivity;
- To know how to listen to others and to verbalize ideas;
- To have a positive attitude to change.
